“Education from Hateration” The Graham Brothers Story

February 12th, 2008

Good look and thanks to Jae for something positive for students of all ages and especially sports fans! Get ready to enter “In the Mind of Bobbee Bee, The Hater”. Who is Bobbee Bee, The Hater? Bobbee is a 10-year old sports fanatic and the newest member of the Black athlete Sports Network (BASN) family, where he will make regular appearances every Monday. Bobbee will give his unique takes on the sports world every week through his kid like appearance. Bobbee Bee, The Hater, is a sketch creation formed by brothers Eric and Terrence Graham.

Eric and Terrance agree that their character Bobbee was “Born To Be Loved” and “Loved To Be Hated.” The two agree that Bobbee was produced to teach kids everyday reality through his extremely obnoxious and opinionated personality.

The cartoon strip features the adventures of the 10 year old character as he copes with his anger at home and at school. This campaign is part of a “Back to School with a New Attitude Campaign.”

The Back to School with a New Attitude is a literacy campaign attempting to improve the attitude of our children in the classroom as well as aiding them in identifying some of the problems they may face in school and at home.

Bobbee has made great advancement already. He has been nominated as one of the best new and original cartoons on the web; “Bobbee Bee” has dealt with such social issues as hip-hop, racism, religion, and sports. Along the way, “The Hater” has rubbed elbows with powerbrokers like President Bush, Russell Simmons, Stephen A. Smith, and Barry Bonds.
