For over 15 years, Kelvin De’Marcus Allen has worked in the field of public relations and marketing as a consultant. Allen has not only mastered the ability to market and elevate his self, but he has mastered the gift of marketing others, Allen’s company Kelvin Allen & Associates has become his vehicle to that very success.
Allen & Associates offers a wide variety of professional services including feature/promotional articles, interviews, media kits, press releases, targeted advertising, special events, television production, instructional videos, speech writing, website designing, public speaking instructions, television and stage acting.

Allen was born and raised in Durham by a single parent home. At an early age in the 60’s, Allen witnessed close family members become victims of substance abuse. Due to social programs like the YMCA, Allen’s road to success was reinforced.
In the 1970’s the YMCA, and the Parks and Recreation counselors played a large role in Allen’s life, often driving him across town to the YMCA center, where he would spend several hours a day playing basketball, football, swimming, table tennis, karate, chess and other activities like trips to the movies, and museums, block parties, and local talent shows.
